*We have arranged for a free shuttle service for March 27, Friday evening, for the dinner gala event at the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino. Please arrive at the front desk area by 5:45 PM. There will also be a free drop-off back to DoubleTree Hotel at 11 PM; the meeting area will be right outside the ballroom of our dinner gala event.

2. Airport pick-up and drop-off:
Call the hotel at 702-948-4000 and tell the front desk which terminal you are at for pickup:
If you arrive at Terminal 1: You must exit out the “ZERO Level” which is one level below baggage claim. Walk across the parking lot to where the Hotel Shuttles are waiting.
If you arrive at Terminal 3: You must exit out the doors at the Domestic end of the terminal. Exit door 53 and walk across the lot and wait on median. Vans pull up where it says Courtesy Vehicles which is the furthest row away.
